I'm not received my purchase

You have to wait until the item is late before you can open a claim.

 

After the last estimated day for delivery has passed, but no more than 30 days after, go to your purchase history. Select I didn’t receive it under more actions and follow the prompts.

 

The seller has 3 business days to respond, to either provide tracking that shows delivery or to send you a refund. If he doesn't send a refund and you still don't have your item, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in’.
