The eBay account you are using to post was created in 2018, so if your purchase was longer ago than that, it was made using a different eBay account or as a guest.
If you purchased using a different account, you will need to sign in to that account to view your Purchase History or Feedback. Otherwise, or if you purchased as a guest, check your email archives for details of that purchase.
