I keep canceling a listed item that has wrong photos

Hi, How can I contact someone at ebay by phone. I tried to cancel and item listed on ebay auction. It said I was successful and then the item turned up for sale and was sold. I did it again and a different person bought it because they listed it again. 

I need to speak to an agent ASAP
