I have received packages I didn't order

Does anyone know Patti Page-Johnson from Kettering OH or Margaret Ivery from Lawrence, PA.  They have both sent me packages I didn't buy, so I'm trying to figure out how they ended up at my house with my name and address on them.

Re: I have received packages I didn't order

@hbg91   If you have not opened them then mark as return to sender.

The most likely reason is a bad seller is using a nearby address to send items that are much less value than what the buyer ordered.  This can trick the system into thinking that the buyer actually received their item.

A buyer can file a refund request when this happens but they have to get a letter from the postal service stating that the package was delivered to the address on the label but that it was not delivered to their address.
