Iv'e ordered Universal TWS Wireless Bluetooth Earphones over 8 months ago, the item never arrived.

The seller ignores messages for a refund, don't know what else to do. the seller also took off the product from the listings. Here are the details that i do have:

You have waited too long for ebay to help you. You had 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to open a case with ebay.  Pursue a case with your credit card company if you used a credit card.
