I have not received the package.

Dear eBay Support Team,

 

I am reaching out for assistance regarding my recent order (Order Number:16-12806-70371 ). The tracking status indicates that the item was delivered to my mailbox. However, I have not received the package.

 

When I tried to open a dispute, the system informed me that I had recently submitted a request, and now I am unable to open a new one. I understand this might be due to system limitations, but I would like to verify if the item was indeed delivered or take further steps to seek compensation if it was not.

 

I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Looking forward to your response.
