Payment received but not picked up. Local pickup

I received payment but the buyer has not responded to my messages, and has not picked up the item. It’s been a couple weeks now. The $ is in my checking account. What do I do?

I would send the buyer one more message saying that if he does not contact you by 3/22, you will assume he is not able to pickup his purchase and will cancel it. Then cancel the transaction as problem with buyer’s address. eBay will reverse the fees and take the net amount back from your checking account, if you do not have other funds in your payment account.
