I have been refunded and asked seller for address to return item but no reply. Can I bin the item?

Sellers can opt to refund without requiring a return.

Thank you for letting me know and taking the time to respond, really appreciated. I will bin the item then because I  have had no reply since my refund in April and a few emails requesting seller to send address to allow me to return the faulty item.
