I have an item STUCK at USPS.

I made a mistake by one number when writing the address. Now my purchase is stuck at USPS and hasn't been delivered to my carrier . I already lose 2 articles when USPS took them to the wrong address I wrote. No human answer a question, only fake voices. At this point I don't know what to do, as I live in the Caribbean. I want to save the third article. I need help from a human person.

@stavar-7   I am sorry that you are having this problem.  The seller must ship to the address the buyer provides at checkout and the address can not be changed.  

The buyer is responsible for providing a valid address.  

The only thing you can do is hope that the packages will eventually be returned to the seller then you can contact the seller and ask them to ship the items again to a correct address.  You will have to pay for shipping the items again.

This is not something that eBay customer service can help you with.

One correct here, USPS did not take them to the wrong address.  They took them to the address you provided.  The mistake was yours, not theirs.  Correct your address so it does not happen again please.

The problem is that I live in the Caribbean and I am doing this through a Carrier. I can't change address because when They ask for my credit card to charge one dollar for the fee  They realize I don't live in USA. They cancel my new address. I really need someone to explain.

This account you posted here with, is that your eBay account for the Carribean?  It shows it is based in the US.  That may be an issue.  If by "doing this through a carrier" you mean you use a US forwarding company (which Buyers from outside the US can do) then your issue is with them and not eBay correct?!?

What $ 1 fee are you talking about???  

I'm not trying to be difficult but the issue sounds like it is with your carrier and not eBay, eBay Sellers ship to the address on file at the time of the purchase.  If the items are getting to the carrier but from there to you it is getting mixed up then your issue is with them. If they charge you a fee to change the address but will not accept your credit card then maybe you need to use a different form of payment OR open a new account with a different forwarding company and get your address right the first time.

All I need is to talk with a Human Person to change my address and they can send it to me, I don't mind to pay.  When My credit card doesn't match with my Address in Miami they decline. What do I do when USPS has my package and I can't talk to anyone?

@stavar-7     You can talk to eBay customer service but they can NOT change your address.  As I said it can't be changed by eBay once the item is shipped.

You can try to talk to someone per the post from @comics-scifi-collectibles 

but eBay will NOT change the address on a package to be delivered to you that has already shipped.

Those packages will be returned to the Seller.

YOU need to correct your address with BOTH eBay and your carrier in Miami for future purchases.

As I said before, if the carrier will not do that then find a new one and create a NEW account with the correct address for future purchases.

Really sorry you made the address mistake and will not be receiving your packages.
