I bought a product . It was supposed to be delivered to my house on a Monday by FedEx. Showed delivered looked not there called them gave tracking number showed delivered . Gave 2 more days called back thought wrong house checked around . Called back to fed ex gave name and address and tracking number wrong address and wrong name . The seller won't answer back 😒 . Called  I got suckered again .

You need written proof by the carrier where your item was delivered if tracking doesn't prove enough. You can ask them.

Then you can request a refund for an item that wasn't delivered to you.
