I have a major problem

I've already reached out to the buyer, to no avail. I'm concerned about the phone calls I've been receiving day & night with verbal threats from the buyer. My wife is afraid to answer the phone. I'm concerned about my families safety. I've contacted my local PD, they informed me that this was a matter for eBay to handle, this is not a criminal matter, yet! What will eBay do in this matter?

Block their phone number.

If you feel that your life is being threatened, the police should be able to do something.

What kind of police force do you have there?  Making threats of violence certainly is a criminal matter.
