I had a Buyer purchase two items. He put them both together in the same shipment.

My Buyer paid and put both items together in the same shipment.  Due to the size and fragile nature I cannot ship them in the same box.  How can I separate them now that he has them both as in one shipment?  Even the packing label has them both  in one box.

Thank you,

You can print 2 labels for the order.  Purchase the first label for box #1, then select purchase another label, eith in your sold orders or in your label history.  Change the weight and dimensions, and purchase the second label.

You can create multiple labels for a singlup to five). Create a label for the first carton based on weight and dimensions. Then select the option to create another from the Action drop down next to the transaction for the next carton based on weight and dimensions. Be sure to affix the correct label to the correct carton as these shipments are unrelated as far as USPS is concerned.
