I had 2 people respond to my item with offers and someone just purchased

I had 2 people respond with offers on same item and before I had a chance to accept or decline, someone else just paid full price.  I assume I don't have to take the offers and just send out to the person that purchased ?  I'm still within my 24 hour time frame.

Any outstanding offers expire once a purchase has been made (or when a valid bid has been received in the case of auctions in most categories) or when the item listing ends.
