I sell live fish on eBay and had to cancel multiple sales due to the fish getting sick and not wanting to sell someone a dying fish. This caused my seller rating to be Below Standard and I am limited to only 35 quantities of items to sell PER MONTH.
1) How can I figure out the total of items I have out there? The 35 limit apparently includes active and sold listings...
2) Apparently I have to sell 561 items before my rating is again at standard. I only have 133 sales as-is however, all of those are 100% positive feedback. It feels impossible to make 561 sales and like I should either start over with a new account. But I dont want to because to get to 133 sales has taken 2 years... Can I sell a bunch of really small items locally in order to get this count way up? And do the sale have to be all to different buyers?
3) Lastly, is there an interim account status between BELOW STANDARD and ABOVE STANDARD? I need to be able to list more than 35 items and not sure how I can make 561 sales anytime soon if I can only list 35 items per month.

I assume when you say that you need to sell 561 items, that you have 11 defects. 561 would make the 11 less than 2%.
First, look at the monthly breakdown - you are measured on a rolling 12 months, so when did the cancellations occur/when will they roll out of the 12 months? Open the monthly breakdown on your dashboard. If they are spread out over a few months, then perhaps there is a more achievable target a month or 2 further out. You can also see your monthly sales there, too. If you can only sell 35 items per month, you will not achieve 500 before your account is completely restricted.
There is no rating between below standard and above standard.
You cannot get around the low rating by opening a new account - your accounts will be linked and any restrictions will apply to the new account as well as this one.
A small inexpensive item that you can sell cheaply with no problems is a good way to get back to above standard as quickly as possible, but you will still be limited to the 35 items per month.
You cannot run a transaction report to see what you have sold so far this month - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/reportslanding
You can look at your active listings and check the available quantity to see what portion of the 35 allowable is currently used by your active items.
Good luck.
