I cant close a return that I resolved. Please help

Hi all. I started a request and now I can’t close it. It won’t allow me to do so. I need help closing it. I resolved it with the seller. But when I click on my purchase. It won’t let me close it. Please help

1. Go to your Purchase history and find the item.
2. Select "See request details" in the "More actions" dropdown menu.
3. Select "Close your request" and choose your reason from the dropdown menu.
