I cannot get a shipping label.

Hello. I just sold my first item. I cannot get a shipping label. I'm getting the message: 'Your ship from address must be in the United States to purchase a label.' My account was created in another country but I'm based in the UK now and I have already changed my address months ago... Does anybody know how I can work around this issue? Thanks.

You landed on the US site. That happens to more UK members. It's a sort of glitch.

From there it's easy to go to your 'My eBay'.

If you are selling on ebay.co.uk, you have to use that site to create a label for Royal Mail.  You are on the US site ebay.com.
