I can't void shipping label -

 I purchased a shipping label twice by mistake and now In Shipping Labels the action label doesn't work - there is no drop-down box for me to select void shipping label -

Hover over ‘orders’ top left of seller hub page

click on ‘shipping labels'

to the left of the sold item, click on the drop down menu,

click on ‘void’

there is a time limit to do this and it takes about 2 weeks or more for the refund to complete

Thank you for responding.  I discovered that unless you're actually using the Sellers Hub the Action button is grayed out under Shipping Labels.  The solution was logging into the Sellers Hub, then Selling, Shipping Labels, and the Action button will have a drop-down box available to void a shipping label.  You then decide whether to stay in the Seller's Hub or revert back to the Classic view.
