I bought a pair of shoes for someone as a guest, it was said to be expedited shipping to arrive 9/14. It’s 9/21 and still in transit w no info. Can’t report without it telling me to register an account. Can’t register an account because I already have one. If I log in, can’t access order because bought as a guest, not logged into my registered account

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case.
