I can't print eBay standard envelope shipping

I can't print eBay standard envelope shipping this Sunday 4/9 afternoon. Any one else experiencing this problem?

Your Shaq O'Neal card shows shipping as Standard Shipping (USPS First Class®).  That is not the same as ebay's standard envelope shipping.  I don't know if you can select that option now.  Make sure you select dimensions of 6 x 4 x 1 and you can try.  If not, you may have to use a first class stamp and send without tracking.

Although you are technically correct, all my auctions say that and that has never been an issue in sending items via eBay standard envelope when I needed to. The issue here is that eBay claims they have a "glitch" in their shipping software and that their IT guys are aware of it and have been trying to fix it for at least the last 5 days that I know of, and who knows how much longer. Still NOT fixed yet! It doesn't speak well of their  IT department. 

Basically it's an international shipping problem. Apparently they think Puerto Rico is international shipping. So that would mean Hawaii is also international shipping according to their logic. It's all a moot point now as I sent the item via non-machinable regular first class mail with no tracking. I rarely sell anything to anyone in PR so it's not likely to pop up as a problem very often. But still a pain in the neck! I don't like sending anything without some kind of tracking
