I can't get my photo to load on the return page... contacted seller (photo did load on that page) but seller wants me to use the ebay return option, but it won't accept any photos and so won't let me return my defective item....please help!

Is the photo in JPG format?  Could the problem be that it is too large?  I do not know what the maximum size is.
