I can see a seller has contacted me in my gmail, but it isn't showing up in ebay, so I cant reply.

A seller has contacted me that the item that I bought is out of stock, but when I press the reply button and sign in, the message isn't in my inbox, where the sign-in takes me. What do I do?

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.

Otherwise, you can reply directly to the email (not using the blue reply button in the message) to send a message to the seller.

I am using the same email, but I'm glad i can reply to the email haha
