Buyers can double check their shipping address on check out. If you used the correct address when you paid, the Seller would have used that address to ship to. If the address is correct, as long as it's past the estimated delivery date, you can open an Item Not Received case. It's recommended that you first contact the Seller to give them the chance to follow up.
