This is crazy I know. When I go to set up my Item description the section that specifies a return policy is nowhere to be found. Therefore I can not specify a return policy and when I go to list the Item the Buyer sees that returns are not accepted. This is not what I want to happen. Furthermore the missing Return Section in the Listing description only occurs when I go to list some Items and not does not occur all the time. It appears to happen Randomly. How can I correct this problem.
