I can not CONTCT anybody through Ebay.

 This just recently started.  When I press "CONTACT SELLER" on Ebay, a half page pop-up appears on the right side of my computer.  BUT, it will not allow me to type anything.  it will not do anything

Be sure you're trying to type your message in the miniscule text box down at the bottom right of the page (not in the big blank box where you would expect you should type it).

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE.  The area will enlarge as you type.  When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

You can ENLARGE the screen by pressing CTRL + several times.
