I can get my return money

I could not use the shipping label they sent me because it would not print right.  The return ID# 5287035303. So I made my own shipping label and paid $38.82 for Fedex shipping. Fedex # was 772665987660 and was delivered on 3/13/25. I have contacted the seller 5 times and still no return of my money yet.

Did you file a Return Request? If so, did you enter the FedEx tracking number into the return details?

Here's how to add the tracking information to your return if you're using your own return shipping label:

1. Go to the return request in Purchase History
2. Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
3. Enter the tracking number.
4. Select Mark as sent.

If the seller has not refunded yet, you can go to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

Where is shipping carrier I can't find it?  What drop down list do I use?
