I bought a modified swatch omega to the moon watch

After I received the watch I realized it was too small for my wrist. I never tried it on. I just placed it near my wrist and never opened the package or anything so it’s still new.

I relisted it on eBay with the same exact description. The seller had when I bought it.

I had a couple of questions and explain to them that I bought it from a seller, and this is his description and answered the questions the best I could the next thing I know they took the item off on its last day where I would’ve got my money back and said that the watch is counterfeit how is the possible?

I reached out to the seller to let him know but nothing yet, he is selling another modified watch on his page at this moment.

I am not sure what I should do. I’m trying to get refunded and send the watch back to him. Any advice?

Has it been less than 30 days since you purchased the item? If so, since it is counterfeit, you can file a Return Request due to "doesn't match description".
