hi I sold three boxes of Star Trek cards. All of them have multiple pictures. They are factory sealed with all the correct seals on them. They were in my possession for years. They are not or have not been opened but the customer I believe did not get the autograph card he was hoping for, and he immediately wants to return the box saying the box was opened, and the autograph was taken out, but we have multiple pictures showing that they are factory sealed How would you handle this situation? eBay is not giving me a spot to complain about this
thanks for the help

eBay has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If the Buyer receives something that they feel is not as shown in the listing, even if that is not true, the Buyer has 30 days from delivery to open a refund request. When they do, eBay will notify you and you'll have three business days to accept the return and pay return shipping.
Because you do not offer returns in this particular listing, you would not be eligible to deduct part of his refund if he returns the boxes and they are not exactly as sent. In that case, you would need to refund in full.
Because of the amount of money involved here, I would message eBay on their Facebook page before you respond to this Buyer. They can look at his account and advise you of the next best steps. The sooner you message them the better. In the meantime, if this Buyer gets aggressive in his messages to you on eBay, report the messages to eBay.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
