I am trying to upload in bulk I have over 1k items but am added to an act as a multiuser

I am wanting to see if there is anyone who has any experience as a multi-account user added onto someones business acount. If you have tried the bulk uploading tool or API uploader to try and add items in bulk. Ive tried and my issue is that when i upload it only uploads to my primary account and not my joined account where the items are needed. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know i am trying diligently and am calling helpdesk nearly everyday with no results.  if anyone wants to please don't hesitate but to reach out I would be so thankful for a little assistance.
