@time-traveler-1914 never refund BEFORE receiving the item back, otherwise you have to hope for an honest buyer to send it back.
unfortunately, once a seller refunds, they cannot get the money back nor the item if the buyer decides not to send it back.
did you message the buyer and offer to send them a prepaid shipping label?
