I've been noticing something odd with shipping prices. I use calculated shipping, I put in the exact box size and weight when I create the listing. I only sell domestically.
Just sold an item, Ebay charged the buyer $14.73 for shipping, but when I went to print shipping it was just $6.96 (and in highlighted letters it said "Ebay saved you $2.99 on shipping.") So sounds like the buyer should have been charged $9.95, not $14.73. This is happening repeatedly, with the buyers shipping being much, much more, even taking the Ebay shipping discount into account. Any ideas?
