How do I view my wish list? I want to remove an item I inadvertently put on it. How do I remove an Item?
An ebay page says to click on More Actions, but that's not a menu item.

To reach one of your custom lists including your Wish List, you must use a desktop browser and start from your Watch List page:
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/watchlist
From there, click on the large "My eBay - Watchlist" heading to reveal an alphabetical drop-down menu of your custom lists. Scroll down and choose Wish List to access your Wish List.

Do you mean your Watch List?
There are multiple ways to delete items from a Watch List.
You should be able to delete most items from the item page directly by clicking on the heart icon by the item picture.
If an item is out of stock, you can still delete it directly from the Watch List.
If you are using a desktop browser, go to your Watch List or Summary page, select the checkbox to the left of the item on the list, and then use the delete button at the top of the page.
If you are using the eBay app, from Watching, hit the "edit" menu to reveal checkboxes, select the box by the item, then tap the trash icon or "delete" at the top of the page.

No, I mean the wish list. I don't know how that's different from the watch list, but it's a different button. I don't even see how to access it. Ebay comments on the wish list here, but these instructions don't work.

Thanks. This led me to where I needed to go. Looks like the ONLY place to deal effectively with watchlist is the little arrow to the right of the watchlist heading on the link referenced above.
There's still a problem adding an item to the watchlist. I can't do it in Firefox on one computer even though I cleared cookies. In Firefox on another computer by clicking the heart at the upper right of the picture BUT NOT BY CLICKING ON the button "add to watchlist."
Ebay has gotten harder to use, not very pleasurable. It's not as bad as Amazon, but nowhere near as valuable to me as it used to be. If it's too hard, I don't do it. They even interrupted my typing to get me to do a survey. How unthoughtful to do it while I'm composing instead of after I hit Reply.

And I DO very much appreciate those who responded.

What version of Firefox are you using? Is it the latest possible version for your operating system?
