The revised MESSAGE page for member communication does not have the member's number of transactions in parentheses. The former message page showed the member's transactions in ( ). You could click the ( ) and view the member's profile and feedback. I prefer to review the member's feedback to see who I am dealing with.
How do you access an eBay member (on PC, not cell phone) who has not purchased but sent a message so you can view their profile/feedback? The potential buyer can access your profile from your listing, but sellers can only view buyer profiles when the sale is initiated.

Just put the member name at the end of this URL:
From there, you can view the transaction count. Feedback visibility can be toggled ON/OFF by a member as long as they do not have any active listings.

Thank you for the link. After posting, I found the ( ) rating in the separate email alert. It was light gray, and I missed seeing it. I kept clicking the buyer's name on the post. But eBay should always place the ( ) rating next to a member's name ..... it would save time.
