How to use my own return shipping

Sellers return shipping fee more than the refund. Seller refuses to send a RMA or give ship to address so that I can return with my own shipping service.

How to use my own return shipping

I will double check for return address on the label...... The seller is just being difficult to deal with. They just don't want to accept this item. I'll be right back......

Have you filed a Return Request through Ebay?

You want to open a return request.  Then eBay will offer you a return label at the usps commercial rates.  If you still want to use your own shipping, the address will be there, too.  Just be sure to use a service with delivery confirmation.

Go to your purchase history and click return this item. Then click show more under the list of reasons so you can see all available reasons, and select the correct reason.

The seller has 3 business days to respond. If he doesn't, go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.

How to use my own return shipping

I filed the return request. The automated label generated  costs $34 bucks for a $42 dollar purchase. I've had three offers to keep the items and seller would refund $2 then $4 now up to $6. The return system doesn't give any other option to use my own shipping. Just two choices USPS and USPS at $34 dollars. Something is wrong with the sellers returns

The return request doesn't show you the return address?  It is supposed to give you the info because using your own shipping is always an option.  What is the item #?

If you are being offered a label, the system has the return address.  All I can suggest is to ask customer service why the return address is not shown.

To speak to customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -

How to use my own return shipping

Hi @66chevyg10

You haven’t told us your reason for wanting to return the item.

If the item arrived damaged or is otherwise ‘not as described’ … then the seller is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If this is a ‘buyer’s remorse’ return … does the listing say the seller accepts returns?
