How to use E bay plus coupon code at checkout

Agreed to a price on a item went to checkout to pay entered the correct ebay plus code and it wont accept  it !

Have tried to find info about this to no avail tried talking to the tin machine No good  got to an agent who deserted me .Tried to get phone conversation no good unless i was in Canada or USA  I can't empty my cart as i  have agreed to buy  ( but only with my discount which was available for the item ) What can i do ?????

Always check the terms of a coupon before expecting to be able to use it.  Most coupons can not be used with a best offer.

Message your seller and explain that you did not realize that you could not use the coupon, and ask him to cancel your purchase as buyer requested.
