I live in Canada and need to do a return as the seller sent me the wrong size of an item. A prepaid label was emailed to me but it was for a service that I have never used called DHL. I normally use Canada Post or UPS. I tried to find directions online but am not sure what I need to do. I can't find anywhere to drop it off, or how to make arrangements to have it picked up. Any help that you can provide would be very much appreciated - thank you
