Sellers cannot set their own payment terms. All sellers must use the Managed Payments System which allows buyers to use almost any payment method that they choose and sellers are paid to their verified checking account.

@jazzcammy Buyers can pay with ANY payment method shown on the listing. You can not control HOW a buyer pays.
eBay process the buyers payment and sends it to your linked and verified checking account. This is the only way to receive buyers payouts.

An FYI since the sale is over $1k your funds will be held at least 30 days. Be sure to get a signature on delivery.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
You can see the fund holds policy on this page> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816&s...

Excellent info, much appreesh. Being only a PayPal and Venmo user, I wasn't comfortable with the full array of options people have... but apparently I don't have to worry.
I'm a patient seller, never in a big rush for payment. Good idea about signature on delivery.
