How to share a listing with an interested buyer?

So I had a buyer request a different shipping method. Created a new listing with their preferred carrier only to find I cannot share the link with them, nor has it been 24-hrs and so they cannot see the listing yet. How in the world do you direct them to the right spot? They said they would purchase the other item and pay any remaining balance via PayPal, yet a seller cannot send an email address via ebay messaging as it s personal information.

If you can contact the buyer ... you can send them the Item Number of the listing.  You don't need to send the link.

in addition to paws post, you can add additional shipping methods on to the existing listing

Actually tried that. While I received an email stating the listing is active, the buyer still cannot locate the item by searching. Apparently the listing can take upwards 24-hours before it may be visible. If it's active however, the one interested party should be able to find and make their purchase before someone else.

Why is the second listing higher-priced than the original?
