Hello,
I am trying to understand how to set up eBay International Shipping such that my listings will only be visible to those countries supported in the International Shipping service and exclude the rest of the locations from seeing the listing. I've read through some articles and watched some videos and frankly can't understand how to do it and what takes precedent (i.e. the international shipping setting or the exclusion list).
I am hoping there is an easy way to get this done.
