This has happened several times, and I don't know how to fix the listing. In my listing, shipping cost is auto calculated (NOT Flat fee) based on weight and dimension for 1 item. If the buyer selects the quantity as 2, he only pays shipping cost for 1, and I am stuck with additional charges for shipping. I googled and found some answers about an option for setting cost for additional item. However this option is not displayed in my listing edit page for the item (with auto calculated based on ship to address). Help.
