I need to look up a purchase from over 3 years ago. The system will only let me go back 3 years. Any idea on how to go back further?

It is possible to download a report from eBay with some older purchase information, see here for details:

Information is very limited (no item descriptions or images, just title and basic transaction info) and it may take a week to get it.

PayPal has some transaction information going back seven years if you request a custom statement which would be quicker, if you used PayPal.
