How to search for an eBay user

Hi, I need to find a customer that I previously sold to, but the item was sold so long ago, that I cannot reply to our previous correspondence. I have his name and eBay store handle, but cannot figure out how to send a message. 

Can anyone please help??

If you can find the store by the store name, or the seller by eBay username, you will have access to the "contact" link for that member on their profile page.
One way to search for a member page is to use the "advanced" link beside eBay's search button and fill in the data on the advanced search page. 

The simplest is to open you own profile page and substitute the other member's username for your username that appears in the link.  For instance, I am:
https://www.ebay.com/usr/shipscript
and you are
https://www.ebay.com/usr/boomerisfat
and we both have a contact link on our pages.

For a store page, the link would be :
https://www.ebay.com/str/julesjewelsnw
