How to return an item if seller provides only a return address written in Chinese?

This is the last time I will EVER order something from China via eBay. I have requested a return, which has been accepted, but the seller has provided only a return address WRITTEN IN CHINESE CHARACTERS. This is totally useless. 

I should add that eBay is also totally useless in this regard. I cannot find any eBay “help” link that isn’t just a circular “cluster f@#k”. It’s so frustrating.

You can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

1. Find the item in your Purchases.
2. Select See return details
3. Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
4. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

I don’t see the option to ask eBay to step in. When I go to “see return details”, it takes me to a page that instructs me to send it back to the seller…which is obviously impossible because the return address provided is all in Chinese characters. There is no actual person at eBay I can appeal to for help. I’ve just been going in circles.

Is there a phone number that I can call?
