How to request feedback revision from Seller?

I'm the buyer. I've been in contact with the Seller. The seller left negative comments on the review. It was done by mistake. I'm supposed to formally request the comments to be removed or edited. How do I do this?

Positive feedback cannot be revised. Since the seller left negative comments within a positive feedback rating, you will need to contact Ebay to have the comment and the feedback rating will stand.
