How to request ebay help

So, I ordered an item, it arrived broken. Contacted seller,  they "say" they accept returns but when I start a return,  it is not available for the item I ordered. Told this to seller,  they insist they accept returns....told me to escalate to ebay but cannot figure out how, website just takes me in a useless circle back to the same place. Ordered 10/14 arrived 10/18 today is 10/21

Is it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
