Writing on behalf of the user:
My son, who is new to using eBay, bought $126 worth of Pokemon cards which turned out to be counterfeit. Is there any way to report this to eBay? Is there any chance of getting a refund?
I've called their fraud line, but it ends up looping you to right back to their customer service line that "is no longer in use." You're then told to go online to find the help you need. Lol. Weird.

For each item, go to your purchase history click return this item. Then click show more under the list of reasons so you can select 'doesn't match description'.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or issue a refund. If he doesn't send a label or says he can’t send a label, click 'ask us to step in'.
If you want to speak to someone, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -
