How to report and fully block an abusive member

Greetings eBay friends:

I've listed an item for sale and I quickly received an offer that I turned own.  The member making the offer then proceeded to go into multiple written tirades that were abusive, profane and homophobic.

I would like to:

A)  Report the behavior and send the abusive messages to eBay for review.  This is not someone any of us needs to do business with.

B)  Fully block the individual from communicating with and certainlt bidding on any of my items.

I can't quite seem to find a link on the site where I can do so and google searches haven't helped much.

Any guidance or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Place the member on your Blocked Buyer List

Go to your Buyer Requirements, scroll all the way to the bottom and put a checkmark in front of "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me"

Thank you dear Lady.  Do you know if the individual has to have actually purchased from you to to "Report the Buyer"?  I looked briefly at the link and will follow up later today, but it appears as if that might be the case.

It appears that the person has to be a "buyer" to report them.

I was able to out them on the "Blocked Buyers List"  and am still trying to locate the "Don't Allow BB....." box.
