How to remove a incorrect tracking number

On one of my items I had to print two shipping labels. Due to printer running out of ink. Is there a way to get refunded for that label? And how do I remove the incorrect label?

Void the label you did not use - if it usps, you have 5 days to void it -

1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
4. Select Void shipping label.

It takes about 21 days to get the refund.

If that is the tracking # in the order record, the void should remove it.  Then you can add the correct # manually.  Or it may already be there.  Select add/edit tracking from the menu next to the order.
