I am a seller - sold 2 items to one person - but when I go to purchase a shipping label, the system only allows me to ship one at a time - essentially needing 2 shipping labels. These items are going to the same person. I am paying for shipping. How do I tell the system to combine the 2 items so I only need to print one label and pay only once?

Hi @rknotar
-On the Awaiting shipment - print shipping label page check the boxes on the left for the two items.
-Next, go to the top of the list and there is a pull down menu where you select Purchase shipping label.
-The next page that opens with be the Bulk label flow page with your two items on it, again check the boxes on the left and at the top of the list click the Combine button.
-The next page you will update the Shipping method, weight and dimensions of the box both items are shipping in. The system will update the price in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
-Cycle through purchasing the label, if you want a receipt, it is a secondary print function in the Bulk label flow.
-You can go back to the Sold items and refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you know the Combined cost.
