We received a request to return a brand new lego set that we sold, as the buyer claimed it was damaged. We do not believe it was ever damaged, as we packed it well and could see the photo of the delivery and the package did not appear to be damaged. We asked the buyer to send us photos of the damage but they did not. The buyer had no priority history and ultimate address was linked to Bulgaria, but the mailing address for our lego set was in CO. We felt like we had to accept the return, so we did. We then got a small package filled only with cardboard under the tracking number reported to eBay. The return address was from AZ, an address that does not appear to exist, the label was created in CO, but the shipment started from NY according to the FedEx tracking details. It is all very suspect, but when we try to "take action" under that order #, we keep getting this message from Ebay saying "something went wrong" every time we try to report the incident. We also have issues trying to reach a live person when we call customer service. It's been very frustrating and it's obvious this is a scam operation. Any suggestions on how we can get Ebay to respond? We are an active seller on Ebay with 100% positive ratings. Thanks!
