I sold my Nintendo switch OLED on eBay and the buyer stated it was not what he wanted and then returned a pack of index cards? I tried to appeal case with eBay but it feels like an automatic message. Stating since I didn’t show proof but I sent pictures of package that was returned which I’ve attached. Now all they are saying is to report buyer but how do I go about this? The account has generic reviews and did not respond to my message when he originally requested a refund? Help even the packaging is different. Clearly he scammed me but how does EBay protect its sellers?
